We know it can be hard to choose colours - especially online. We want to make the process of finding your perfect colour as simple & stress free as possible.

Here's how it works...

If you're not in love with your colour (or any other product) when it arrives, email us as soon as possible at info@birdonthehill.com.au

Let us know if you want to exchange your item for something else, or get a refund.

• FOR EXCHANGES: Send the unused item/s back in original packaging & email us the tracking number. We'll then refund your original shipping charge (up to $10.00) Please note, you are responsible for any difference in shipping costs from your end.

• We'll then send your new choice/s to you. No extra shipping fees - it's on us!

• FOR RETURNS:  Once you have mailed your items (in unused, sellable condition) back to us, we'll refund you the shipping fee paid on your original order (maximum $10.00 refund).  Don't forget to email us with the tracking info at info@birdonthehill.com.au
